Researchers from different Research Institutes and Universities of Australia presented a manuscript with the successful application of vPCR in the detection of hookworm and helminth ova from complex matrices such as raw wastewater, human feces, and soil samples, with the aim to improve risk assessment from wastewater reuse for agriculture as well as contaminated soil.
